An Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney is seeking a senior attorney for our general litigation practice in our New York City office located in Times Square. The chosen candidate will join a dynamic legal team representing clients in general liability, premises liability, automobile, and trucking and transportation liability matters.Successful candidates will have four or more years' experience handling cases from inception to conclusion, overseeing depositions, conferences, and mediations. Must have experience handling written discovery, depositions, motions, and general court practice throughout New York. Trial experience preferred.
Qualified candidates must possess excellent analytical and research abilities as well as strong oral and written communication skills. Must be admitted to practice in New York.
