We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing personal injury cases from inception to resolution, demonstrating exceptional advocacy skills and client care.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle all aspects of personal injury cases including client intake, case evaluation, litigation, and settlement.
Conduct thorough investigations and gather evidence to support client claims.
Draft and file legal documents, pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
Represent clients in court hearings, trials, depositions, and mediation sessions.
Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed of case progress.
Collaborate with medical professionals, accident reconstruction experts, and other relevant parties.
Stay current with developments in personal injury law and legal precedents.

Requirements:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in personal injury law.
Proven courtroom experience and strong litigation skills.
Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Superior negotiation and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage a high caseload and meet deadlines.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

5 – 10 years of experience with a variety of personal injury cases including Trucking accidents, auto accidents, slip and falls, medical malpractice, and wrongful death.
Bilingual capabilities are a plus.
Strong connections with medical professionals and other experts in the field.

License/Certification:
Bar (Preferred)
