Description:
A Leading National Law Firm Privacy and Data Security team seeks an associate with 2-3 years of experience for its Chicago office. Knowledge of incident response, compliance counseling, risk management, privacy litigation, and familiarity with HIPAA and other federal and state privacy and data protection privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, GLBA, FCRA, CFBA, BIPA) strongly preferred. CIPP/US preferred or certification must be obtained within one year of hire. Active admission to bar required, IL admission or ability to immediately waive into IL preferred.
