The Los Angeles office seeks a Real Estate Associate with 4-6 years'
experience. This position affords significant client interaction and
requires a high level of responsibility within a team-oriented
environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working on a
variety of sophisticated real estate transactions, including joint
ventures, fund formations, secured financings and/or
acquisitions/dispositions. Candidates should have excellent drafting and
negotiating skills and a solid academic background. This is an
excellent opportunity for a real estate attorney interested in joining a

salary range for this role is $310,000 - $495,000. Actual salary will
be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and relevant
experience.
