A Business Law Firm seeks to hire an attorney to join the Real Estate Practice Team in our Naples, FL office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone interested in joining a growing office of a highly regarded Michigan-based law firm with a national client base. The firm will provide financial support to attorney candidates outside of Florida that are interested in taking the Florida bar and relocating to Southwest Florida.We are seeking candidates with 5+ years of significant experience in real estate law, with a demonstrated ability to lead transactions preferred. The successful candidate will have experience with the acquisition, sale, and financing of commercial real estate. The candidate should be proficient in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, leases, and other legal documents related to real estate transactions. The candidate will also have significant experience with condominiums and HOA related matters.
