A National Law Firm, a leading national law firm, is seeking an attorney with 4+ years of experience based in Suffolk County, New York to join its Consumer Financial Services practice as a Staff Attorney. The individual in this position will work remotely and will report to senior attorneys in A National Law Firm's New York City and New Jersey offices. Ideal candidates will have experience drafting motions for summary judgment, strong writing and research skills, and the ability to work independently while communicating effectively with supervising attorneys. Financial services and/or contested foreclosure experience is a plus. In order to be considered for the role, candidates must be admitted to the New York Bar and must be based in New York.
