Description:
We are seeking associates with 3+ years of experience in securitization or structured finance experience to join our expanding and high-performing Global Finance group. We will also consider counsel-level candidates with the right experience. Our team serves a diverse global client base that includes most of the largest asset managers and equity investors as well as some of the most prolific CLO underwriters (major investment and commercial banks). In addition, our practice is top ranked across industry publications, including Chambers and Partners and The Legal 500 US.We are looking for:
- Prior work with private credit or CLOs is a plus.
- Large Law Firm experience strongly preferred.
