Description:
We are a mid-sized law firm representing businesses and individuals in the areas of real estate, probate, business, and family law. We are seeking a mid-level Transactional Attorney to join our transactional team in our Seattle office.Candidates should have strong academic credentials, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a commitment to deliver exceptional client service to every client, every time. The ideal candidate will have two to three years of transactional work experience while working in a law firm (experience with construction law is a huge plus). This position will require the candidate to possess basic hard skills and knowledge of corporate law and/or real property law on the transactional side.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate from accredited law school.
- Admittance and good standing with the Washington State Bar Association.
- In-office or hybrid workers preferred.
- 2-3 years of transactional work experience.
- Law firm experience.
- Candidates must have experience with hourly billing and case management.
