- MUST be barred in PA (additional bar in NJ, NY, DE is great, but PA is a must)
- 3+ years of litigation experience, preferably personal injury or insurance defense
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Independent, organized, self-starter

- Efficiently advancing cases through all phases of litigation
- Following the firms standard operating procedures
- Managing case load under supervision of Partner
- Working collaboratively with paralegals and other team members
