A Personal Injury and Immigration Law Firm is seeking a skilled Trusts & Estates attorney to join our established Trusts & Estates practice group. This position is ideal for an experienced attorney with an existing practice who is looking to join a firm offering a competitive compensation structure for their current book of business. We seek individuals with deep knowledge and extensive experience in Trusts & Estates law. Key Responsibilities:

Drafting comprehensive estate plans, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other related documents.
Managing and overseeing estate administration processes, including probate and trust administration.
Advising clients on estate planning strategies, tax implications, and asset protection.
Conducting legal research and staying updated on relevant laws and regulations in estate planning and administration.
Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored legal solutions.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure ongoing client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active bar licenses in Washington, DC and either Maryland (MD) or Virginia (VA).
A minimum of 5 years of experience in estate planning and estate administration.
Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws related to estates, trusts, and probate.
Excellent drafting and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities effectively.
High ethical standards and professional integrity.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Team-oriented with the ability to work independently.
