Responsibilities:

Provide counseling, advice and thought leadership with respect to the auto insurance line of business.
Work closely with business teams to review and advise with respect to new products and technologies in the auto line of business.
Serve as the lead lawyer to the Personal Auto Lines Executive
Maintain awareness of and provide advice with respect to pertinent legislative and regulatory developments impacting the auto line of business.
Help to drive and support engagement with pertinent regulators

Qualifications:

JD or Law Degree is required.
15+ years of experience in Corporate legal department including significant experience in and comprehensive knowledge corporate, labor, and automotive law.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Strategic judgement and excellent problem-solving capabilities
