  • Participating as a key legal advisor on major business transactions, including software and services sales
  • Anticipating and mitigating potential legal risks within the organization as they pertain to the intersection of (i) commercial contracts and (ii) security, intellectual property, privacy, regulatory compliance and other commercial issues
  • Ensuring the company conducts its business according to applicable federal and state laws and regulations
  • Fostering a workplace with the highest moral, ethical and legal standards to deliver an environment that promotes respect, innovation and creativity

  • At least 2-3 years of legal practice with direct experience providing substantive contract drafting and negotiation services (ideally to SaaS companies) either in-house or at a law firm
  • Software and technology background is a major plus
  • Extremely practical and business-oriented approach to legal issues
  • Comfort working across all departments and job levels
  • Excellent writing and oral communication skills
  • Ability to handle competing deadlines—and shifting priorities—with minimal supervision
  • Must exhibit intellectual curiosity and attend aggressively to details
  • Willing to take feedback, learn and grow; an ethos of continuous self-improvement

Note: We view the above section as a guide, not a checklist. Research shows that underrepresented/marginalized groups are less likely to apply for a job if they feel that they don't meet 100% of the qualifications. We welcome diverse and non-traditional backgrounds and encourage you to apply even if you don't satisfy every single bullet on this list! It's expected that you'll learn and grow throughout your time at A Global Data Intelligence Company, so if you're open to building new skills, we'd love to hear from you.
