Position: Associate Criminal Attorney
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate proficiency in trial advocacy.
- Draft motions and briefs with precision and excellence.
- Present compelling arguments in state and federal court proceedings.
Qualifications:
- Licensed to practice law in Colorado.
- 1-4 years of relevant experience preferred, ideally within the district attorney's office, public defender's office, or a private criminal defense firm.
- Motivated self-starter with a commitment to excellence.
- Exceptional communication and analytical skills.
- Proven trial experience, including motions practice.
- Strong writing abilities with a track record of producing high-quality legal documents.
Experience:

- Analysis skills: 1 year (Preferred)
