Summary:A Global Law Firm is seeking a non-partnership track attorney to join its Patent Development & Strategy group. This position is open to our Boston, Philadelphia, DC, Reston, San Diego, Palo Alto, and Seattle offices.
Education:
- JD
- Chemical engineering or chemistry degree

- Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction in which you are applying
- Registration with the USPTO
Experience:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in patent prosecution.
- Familiar with patent prosecution, client counseling, drafting patent applications, freedom to operate opinions and due diligence.
- Direct and applicable experience in a large or mid-sized law firm.
- Strong analytical and writing skills

Physical Demands, Work Environment, and Other Requirements
Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
