Description:

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • JD degree and be a member in good standing of a U.S. state bar.
  • A minimum of three to five years with a law firm or prior in-house experience preferred.
  • Prior experience reviewing and negotiating contracts, with preference given to those who have experience reviewing and negotiating sourcing and procurement contracts.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Provides legal support to organization's sales and supply chain team in review and negotiation of routine contracts.
  • Ensures contracts are completed in accordance with company policies, including limits of authority policies, legal requirements and client specifications and timing.
  • Works with various stakeholders to resolve issues, secures approvals, and ensures successful contract execution.
  • Analyzes contractual risks and provides advice to internal stakeholders.
  • Works collaboratively with other departments to develop company policies or make modifications and updates to current policies.
  • Maintains contract status tracking and documentation.
