Description:

One of the Pacific Northwest's most established law firms, A Law Firm, is seeking an experienced attorney to join the firm's Litigation Practice Group in our downtown Seattle office.

The ideal candidate with excellent academic credentials and with 4-7 years of significant litigation experience involving patent, trademark, trade secret, and copyright matters. The position will require a minimum of three days a week in our Seattle office and the firm has a flexible two-day a week work from home policy.

Experience in the following areas is of particular interest:

Experienced handling all phases of litigation support, including discovery, managing document review.
Developed case strategies.
Drafted motions and other processes necessary to support practice.
Technical background in software, computer science, electrical or mechanical areas.
Trial experience is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to lead cases and train others.
Participated in hearings in federal and state courts.
Business development skills and experience preferred.
