Description:

One of the Pacific Northwest's most established law firms, A Law Firm, is seeking an experienced attorney to join the firm's Bankruptcy Practice Group in our downtown Seattle office.

The ideal candidate with excellent academic credentials and at least 7 years of significant experience involving representing creditors in bankruptcies and receiverships. The position will require a minimum of three days a week in our Seattle office and the firm has a flexible two-day a week work from home policy.

Experience in the following areas is of particular interest:

Chapter 11 reorganizations and Chapter 7 liquidations.
Experience in federal and state courts.
Real estate and maritime foreclosures.
Represents borrowers and lenders in finance transactions.
Commercial litigation involving banking, including lending liability and commercial paper.
Represents special assets departments of state, national banks, and businesses.
Demonstrates ability to lead cases and train others.
Business development skills and experience preferred.
