Description:
The San Francisco office of An International Law Firm is seeking an experienced land use and environmental associate to join its West Coast Land Use and Environmental Group. Ideal candidates will have 2 to 5 years of experience in litigation, including writ-based litigation under the California Environmental Quality Act ("CEQA) and California housing laws and traditional environmental litigation; experience with regulatory counseling under various state and federal environmental laws; and experience with land use entitlements, including brownfield redevelopment and CEQA analyses. Experience in all areas listed above is ideal, but candidates with some transferrable skills, such as strong litigation experience but less experience with land use and environmental work will also be considered. Relevant transferable skills, a strong academic background, excellent research and writing skills and admission to the California bar required. EOE.M/F/D/V.Job Requirements:
