An International Law Firm is actively seeking a lateral Litigation Associate with 5-8 years' experience to join our renowned team in Washington, D.C. The ideal candidate will have a background in diverse litigation matters across federal and state courts, particularly in complex commercial litigation. Experience with the Department of Justice is a plus. Successful candidates will showcase proficiency in communicating with clients, drafting motions, managing discovery processes, and analyzing intricate legal and factual issues. An associate in this role will have the opportunity to lead and mentor junior associates, demonstrating exceptional team management abilities. Strong research, writing, organizational, and communication skills are essential. Candidates must be licensed in D.C. or eligible to waive into the D.C. Bar.
