Patent prosecution attorney with at least 2 years of patent prosecution experience for a small (7 attorney) patent firm in Austin, Texas. Must be licensed to practice law and licensed to practice before the USPTO. Experience drafting software patents a big plus. Degrees in computer science, electrical or mechanical engineering preferred. Compensation compatible with smaller firms in Austin Texas based on work experience.
