Description:

We are seeking a skilled Estate Planning and Probate Attorney to join our firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estate planning, probate law, and elder law. You will be responsible for drafting wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents, handling probate cases, and providing strategic advice to our clients.

Responsibilities:

Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents
Advise clients on estate planning strategies and legal issues
Manage probate and estate administration cases
Represent clients in probate court
Collaborate with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals
Stay updated on state and federal laws affecting estate planning and probate
Provide excellent client service and maintain strong client relationships

Qualifications:

Must have worked on estate planning and probate law issues for at least 1-2 years
Excellent communication skills, especially in highly stressful and emotional situations
4-year degree with a legal background and J.D. degree are necessary for this position
