A Leading National Law Firm Dallas office is seeking a talented and motivated associate with 3-5 years of trial litigation experience to join our esteemed Product Liability & Class Action Litigation practice group. We highly value candidates with a background in defense, particularly in catastrophic injury cases, and experience within the automotive industry is a definite plus. Prior clerkships are strongly preferred. Responsibilities will encompass motion practice, discovery, brief writing, preparing company witnesses for depositions, taking and defending depositions, attending court appearances, client interaction, trial preparation, and trial participation. Ideal candidates will possess significant experience in all aspects of case management, including fact investigation and discovery. Excellent written communication and oral advocacy skills are essential. The role demands attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines. Admission to practice law in Texas is required.
