A Trusted Boutique Law Firm is seeking a driven Associate Attorney with a passion for sports and employee rights. The ideal candidate will want immediate hands-on litigation experience on all aspects of case handling from inception to conclusion, including handling depositions, court hearings, legal research, and motions. Must have 1 to 3 years' experience.What You'll Do:
- Provide zealous advocacy representing professional athletes in workers' compensation claims.
- Manage a dynamic caseload of employment and labor law disputes, driving civil litigation cases towards successful resolutions.
- Draft essential legal documents, work on all phases of discovery, get deposition experience immediately, and represent clients in and out of court.

- A JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
