Description:

A Full-Service Law Firm's patent attorneys actively represent clients in both contemporary and traditional proceedings at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. We collaborate with plaintiffs to develop effective strategies to stop infringement as soon as possible and obtain damages for past violations. We work on behalf of defendants to narrow the asserted patent's claims construction and undermine the validity to stop infringement. Our patent attorneys have experience across all areas of patent office litigation including inter partes review, post-grant review, covered business methods, and ex parte reexamination.

At A Full-Service Law Firm, you will work alongside attorneys and staff motivated by excellent client service. You will find resources and mentors to help you grow professionally and work with a team that values everyone's contributions. As a member of the A Full-Service Law Firm team, you will work in a culture that is collaborative and collegial. You will be encouraged, and have opportunities, to work on public service matters.

Diversity, equity, and inclusion are core values at A Full-Service Law Firm that are integrated into the firm's culture and the way we do business. Guiding A Full-Service Law Firm's actions in these important areas is the Opportunity & Progress Council (OPC) (https://www.foster.com/ourfirm-diversity-opportunity), which establishes and executes the firm's strategic initiatives aimed at breaking down institutional and cultural barriers to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and creating a shared environment where everyone can do their best work together.
