Experience in acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing, joint ventures, commercial contracts and secured lending transactions as well as general transactional experience is preferred. Applicants must be a member of the CA Bar. This is a great opportunity to join a large real estate and transactional practice in a rapidly expanding office.
