A Global Law Firm is seeking an associate with four to eight years of strong registered funds experience for the Investment Management group of our Investment Funds & Private Capital practice. Ideal candidates will have experience with mutual funds, closed-end funds, exchange traded funds, business development companies and other semi-liquid product structures. Outstanding academic credentials and law firm experience are required.For associates with 6+ years of registered funds experience, this position may reside in New York, Boston, or Washington, D.C., and candidates must be admitted to practice law and in good standing in the jurisdiction where they are hired.
