Description:
An American Law Firm with Over 500 Lawyers is seeking a Senior Attorney or Of Counsel with at least seven years of construction law/litigation or government contracting experience to join the Construction and Design Practice Group in our Seattle office. Our projects include a wide variety of legal work representing public and private owners, general contractors, and engineers with pre-project planning and risk assessment, contract drafting, claim management and preservation, and litigating disputes. This attorney would help clients resolve complex issues and disputes during all phases of the construction process.Qualified candidates will have:
- A JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school;
- At least seven years of construction law/litigation or government contracting experience;
- Washington bar admission; and
- Strong communication and writing skills.
