About the Job:We are seeking an experienced Labor attorney to join our union side Labor and ERISA firm.
Job Highlights:
The position involves working with our team to advise our union clients on all aspects of labor law, including NLRB matters, collective bargaining, grievances, union elections, strikes and lockouts. The position will also involve adjacent ERISA and employment litigation matters, as well as representing our ERISA-covered multi-employer benefit fund clients.
Candidate should have:
- 4+ years labor law experience;
- significant NLRB experience;
- good negotiation, communication and client service skills;
- commitment to union side labor representation;
- strong research and writing skills;
- admission in New York (or able to quickly be admitted to the New York bar);
- admission to federal courts preferred.
